As a wellness professional, your Life Coach will walk alongside you as you evaluate your life and determine a path to greater fulfillment.
With your total well-being in mind (physical, emotional, spiritual, professional, and relational), your Life Coach will utilize evaluative tools to help you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop a plan forward.
Because fears, feelings, or belief systems can hinder personal growth, your Life Coach will seek to understand your unique gifts and talents in order to work with you to develop a doable and accountable action plan.
Your Spiritual Director will support you on your unique spiritual journey by providing a listening ear and responding without judgement. In this safe space you can unburden, voice spiritual questions, express pain, seek purpose, and process your thoughts.
You can expect your Spiritual Director to be a contemplative listener who reflects back what they hear and offers open ended questions that prompt further exploration. Your Spiritual Director’s role is to help you discover a greater understanding of truth as a part of your personal spiritual exploration.
