Your collected data will be used primarily for the purpose of completing a booking or contract between you and the Affiliates of The Coaches Bureau. Because TCB website does not require a “login”, the data collected is limited to name and basic contact information and will be transferred only with your consent to TCB Affiliates. TCB has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. TCB will not sell your personal information to any outside Third-party. By using The Coaches Bureau to complete a booking, you authorize the data collected to be passed only to affiliate coaches or directors. TCB does not store your secure personal payment information.

Booking Agreement

Use of The Coaches Bureau website means you agree that the individual profile information presented on The Coaches Bureau is supplied solely by the providers themselves and is not checked, verified or warranted by TCB. Member Affiliates that join TCB pay specified annual membership dues and are listed as part of their membership benefits. TCB does not provide training, certification, or credentials for spiritual directors or life coaches. TCB DOES NOT RECOMMEND OR ENDORSE ANY OF THE LISTED MEMBERS. By accessing and using this list, I accept responsibility for interviewing and selecting a suitable spiritual director or life coach.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TCB IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR SERVICES OF ANY OF THE AFFILIATES LISTED OR FOR ANY OTHER ACTIONS TAKEN BASED UPON THE INFORMATION FURNISHED BY TCB. I understand and agree to only use the information for finding a spiritual director or life coach. I agree not to use the list for any other type of solicitation. I also understand and agree not to reproduce, display, or distribute The Coaches Bureau or the information listed therein.
